Frank is our Property Supervisor. He is a San Diego "local"
    He lives with his wife and grandkids. Away from work he has many things that keep him busy. He is a musician (guitar and piano), an avid fisherman (watch his eyes light up), and a retired graphic artist. When asked, Frank says that Youth Sports (those grandkids) consume all of his free time! (Again, watch for a twinkle in his eyes).
    Frank came to Pacific Isle 11 years ago as a full-time painter and became Property Supervisor about 5 years ago. Frank always has a smile and is ready to listen to our problems.
    Next time you see Frank, give him a wave, and a smile.

 

    Lloyd has lived in San Diego most of his life. He joined the National Guard and spent some time in Hawaii, but decided that San Diego was home. He lives in upper O.B. (Ocean Beach to new resident) and can often be seen walking to work. Before coming to Pacific Isle 11 years ago, Lloyd spent some time as a courier driver all over Southern California.
    Lloyd enjoys the ocean and beach life (used to be a surfer). He is an avid reader, enjoys music appreciation and computers. Stop by and say hello. He will have a smile ready for you.

 

    The Board of Directors has chosen Rich Hunley to be our new Maintenance Man, replacing the retired Clyde. He comes to us from Missouri and currently lives in OB. He hit the deck running on February 22nd and hasn’t slowed down yet. When you see Rich on the property, please welcome him. He and Frank will be in charge of all projects.

 

    Lorena has been a part of the Pacific Isle Maintenance crew for 7 years. Her part of the team involves cleaning. She takes care of cleaning the elevators, the landings and the gym (in addition to other cleaning activities).
    She grew up and lives in San Diego with her husband and 2 of her 5 children. (the other 3 are grown and on their own). In her spare time she enjoys family outings, dancing and going to church.

 

Rosa has been a member of the Pacific Isle crew for 28 years. She has seen a lot of changes over the years and a lot of people come and go. She lives in East County with her daughter and has lived in San Diego for 30 years. She is happy to work here and that can be seen in the smile she has ready for everyone and if you happen to catch her unaware, you might get to hear her singing. On weekends she enjoys her friends and family and can you believe it, she enjoys cleaning.

 

The Board decided to hire a part time assistant for Frank in the office. That person is BL Wild. BL and her husband are Pacific Isle owners and have lived here for 10 years. BL will be in the office from 8:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This is allowing Frank to spend more time supervising what goes on and having more of a hands on policy on the property.
